Ken Paskins is the founder of GCE Strategic Consulting and author of The Integrator Edge. An experienced CEO, COO, Fractional Integrator, and executive coach, Ken helps business owners create the structure, accountability, and leadership needed to scale without carrying the entire company themselves.

Over more than 30 years, Ken has led operations, sales, acquisitions, strategic planning, and P&L responsibility of up to $500 million. He has managed teams of more than 400 people across North America and Europe and held leadership roles with Fortune 100 companies, including Oracle.

Ken’s work is grounded in personal experience. Raised in Noblesville, Indiana, in an entrepreneurial family, he saw firsthand what happens when vision and hard work are not supported by strong operating discipline. That experience drove him to build the leadership and operational expertise needed to help other owners avoid the same cycle of uncertainty.

Today, Ken works with companies ranging from pre-revenue startups to businesses exceeding $50 million in revenue. His experience spans professional services, software, HVAC, accounting, legal, private equity, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. He is known for stepping into complex situations, bringing clarity to the leadership team, and turning priorities into accountable execution.
