About The Author


Ken Paskins grew up in Noblesville, Indiana, in what he calls a “hope and pray” entrepreneurial family. One month, life meant ski trips to Vail and new snowmobiles. The next, it meant a ten-year-old Ken standing at a bank counter, withdrawing money he had earned in the cornfields so his Mom could pay the family phone bill.

That contrast never left him. It became fuel.

After graduating from Purdue University, Ken entered corporate America with one purpose: to learn everything his father never had the chance to learn. Over the next three decades, he built a career across Sequoia-funded companies and Fortune 100 organizations, including Oracle. He led teams of more than 400 people across North America and Europe, managed P&Ls of up to $500M, and closed a $40M+ software deal just days after the 9/11 tragedy, a defining moment that accelerated his path into executive leadership.

When Ken eventually left corporate America, it was not to escape success. It was to pursue greater impact.

In 2016, he founded GCE Strategic Consulting and became the very first Fractional Integrator, pioneering a role that has since changed how entrepreneurial companies scale. Today, GCE serves clients across industries, including HVAC, accounting, legal, software, and professional services, ranging from pre-revenue startups to organizations with more than $50M in revenue. Ken has also worked extensively in private equity, M&A, and complex business transformation.

Ken has never coached from the sidelines. He has sat in the Integrator seat alongside Visionaries, made the hard calls, built accountability, and shown leadership teams what great execution looks like in real time.
