GCE Fractional Integrator Services

Operational Backbone for EOS® Execution

Unlock Sustainable Growth with a Fractional Integrator

A Fractional Integrator brings steady operational leadership that strengthens accountability, improves decision flow, and keeps the team focused on the work that moves the business forward.

GCE Integrators operate as part of your leadership team. They understand the pressure of running a company and build the structure and habits that allow execution to hold. That includes aligning leadership, simplifying decisions, and reinforcing the tools that guide daily operations.

Whether you’re building on EOS® or working within another leadership model, we bring practical experience to help your business move with greater stability.

Get Matched with a Fractional Integrator

Tell us what’s working, what isn’t, and where you want the business to go. We’ll pair you with an Integrator whose experience matches your needs and whose operating style fits your culture. Every elite GCE Integrator has led teams through complex transitions and understands how to create clarity in fast-moving environments.

Leadership Built for Execution

Working with a GCE Fractional Integrator means working with someone who has actually run companies and carried full business responsibility. They’ve led inside venture-backed and private equity-owned organizations, managed through M&A, and supported exits up to $120M. Several hold Certified Exit Planner (CEPA) credentials, but more importantly, they’ve made the decisions most leaders only face once or twice in a career.

They operate across the full business, not just one function or framework. When they step in, they assess quickly, identify where execution is breaking down, and take ownership of stabilizing it. That includes clarifying priorities, tightening processes, strengthening decision flow, and reinforcing the habits that keep teams aligned under pressure.

We learn how your business actually runs so we can remove bottlenecks and turn good intentions into consistent results. The focus stays on execution that holds — not just structure on paper.

What People Say About Working with GCE

  • “Late last summer I had a client that was struggling to break through the barrier, and speaking with the Visionary we realized it was particularly tied to the current Integrator. I reached out to the EOS® community and was recommended to speak with GCE Strategic Consulting. After connecting with them, I introduced them to my client who hired GCE. I found their approach and proven process to drive results was rock solid. They were quickly able to come and both identify the problem areas and course-correct, yielding results that were shockingly immediate. Since then I have introduced them to several other clients and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to take things to the next level. As Gino has said, very valuable resources to have in the EOS® Community!”

Mark O’Donnell, Visionary at EOS® Worldwide and Certified EOS® Implementer at Optimize for Growth

  • “GCE worked with our company in several roles, including coaching me on transparency as a manager, helping our Visionary with communication and leadership skills and helping us bring in the right people who GWC their role. They helped us execute better by enforcing the EOS® structure and process across the company. We are now setting revenue records, given the clarity we have as a team, and executing better than we ever have. GCE are experts in business, focused on EOS® clients, and they bring the right tools to the table to solve the real issues."

Lee Talley, Designer/Sales Manager, Outdoor Makeover

  • "I hired GCE to come in and literally help us start a company from scratch due to my strong commitment to EOS® and GCE Strategic Consulting’s reputation in the business community. Our product launch targets Visionaries and Integrators to help them form healthier, more productive relationships. During the process, GCE helped us fill out our leadership team, set up our basic business structure along with our advisory board, and use this proven system to gain traction while remaining healthy. I interviewed almost every integrator on the list, I encourage anyone in this system to reach out to GCE."

Gino Wickman, Author of Traction and Founder of EOS®

  • “I am writing this as an EOS® Implementer who works with 20 clients whose businesses range in size from $1m - $60m. Ken gets things done and he does what he says he is going to do. Just as important, he helps other Executives and Senior Leaders ‘get’ their job, and helps them to stay accountable and on-track with the targets that they set. He is one of a rare breed of real Integrators who truly understands the role and his commitment and work ethic is second to none. His knowledge encompasses everything from strict adherence to EOS® Principles to just generally understanding and ‘getting’ how to build and lead strong leadership teams. Hire him as an Integrator or a COO - He will be an asset to your business, and you will be thankful for the investment that you made.”

  • “They’re force multipliers. That’s the phrase I use every time. GCE’s support has had a dramatic impact on our trajectory — I can’t even imagine where we’d be without them. They brought perspective, structure, and discipline we didn’t even know we needed. It’s been transformational.”

    Lisa Turner, President/CEO, Silverleaf Management

  • “If you’re looking for organization and systems, they’re fantastic. They took the concepts in EOS® and drove them home. Our Integrator shifted from being the first person we thought we could cut to someone the acquiring company now won’t let go — that’s how valuable they became.”

A flowchart with six steps for a business process: Introduction & Intake, Current Positioning, Exploration, Design, Implementation, and Check-In & Refinement. Each step has bullet points describing tasks and objectives.

6 Steps to EOS® Excellence

1. Introduction & Intake

We start with an intake call to understand your business’s strengths, challenges, and priorities. This conversation helps both sides confirm whether our services are the right fit.

2. Current Positioning

Using what we’ve learned during intake, we assess how your business is operating today — across leadership, finance, operations, sales, and people — as well as how EOS® is functioning and the outcomes you’re working toward.

3. Exploration

Understanding your goals is how we shape the engagement. Once we learn what you’re working toward and what’s getting in the way, we match you with the Integrator best suited to your needs and outline the most practical next steps.

4. Design

After meeting with your team, the Integrator outlines the plan and sets the strategy that will guide the work. Our approach tackles the efficiency of the people, processes, and systems within your organization.

5. Implementation

The Integrator begins to execute the plan, using their EOS® tools and deep organizational leadership expertise. They develop a comprehensive understanding of your business through one-on-one meetings, take charge of L-10 meetings, and apply GAP analysis and team insights to guide the work and turn strategy into results.

6. Check-In & Refinement

Each quarter, you meet for a Same Page Meeting (SPM) with Ken to review progress and make any adjustments. At the six-month milestone, we conduct a comprehensive company and customer review to ensure alignment with your strategic goals.
