Our Process

Flowchart illustrating a process from introduction and intake to check-in and refinement, with steps including current positioning, exploration, design, and implementation.

6 Steps to EOS® Excellence

1. Introduction & Intake

We start with an intake call to understand your business’s strengths and challenges and gauge our compatibility. Our initial consultation gives you a chance to evaluate if our services are a good fit for your organization.

2. Current Positioning

These initial calls give us insight into the current state of EOS® in your organization as well as your Wants/Needs/Impacts you hope to achieve. We use your insight to develop a holistic view of your company’s current position.

3. Exploration

Curating our services to your needs is our top priority. By understanding your goals and pain points, we assign the best-suited Fractional Integrator to your case. Diving into your organization’s background and your specific requests, they begin by compiling a selection of potential next steps.

4. Design

After touching base with your team, the Fractional Integrator maps out the steps for your agreed-upon solution, establishing a strategy for your company. Our approach tackles the efficiency of the people, processes, and systems within your organization.

5. Implementation

With EOS® tools and organizational leadership expertise, the Fractional Integrator will begin to execute the plan. First, they will develop a comprehensive understanding of your organization through one-on-one meetings and taking charge of L-10 meetings. Calling upon GAP analysis and the insight from other team members, they will optimize their approach to working with your team, translating strategy into tangible results.

6. Check-In & Refinement

Every quarter, attend a Same Page Meeting (SPM) with Ken to make necessary adjustments and continue to execute against the plan. Then, at the six-month milestone, we conduct a comprehensive company/customer review, alongside a systems and process evaluation, ensuring alignment with your strategic goals.
