GCE Strategic Consulting welcomes new partner, Jesse J. Frye to the team.

GCE Strategic Consulting, LLC is pleased to announce that Jesse J Frye has joined the Firm as a partner and functional team coach. Jesse brings a wealth of business, marketing, and knowledge to our clients. He becomes the latest partner to join our unique consultancy that focuses solely on organizations running EOS®. 

Jesse brings unique coaching experiences and assets to the Firm's deep bench in the EOS® space. GCE's clients will benefit from having a strong team coach to help their organizations strengthen their functional teams (ops, development, product, marketing, finance, engineering).

Jesse has led global teams, including running client services organizations, marketing teams. Jesse has experience sitting on leadership teams actively implementing and running EOS® and can help organizations align functional teams to the EOS® framework. 

Jesse holds a bachelor of science in Management & Marketing and an MBA in Strategy from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont. Jesse sits on the Curriculum Advisory Board for Business and Marketing for Asheville Buncombe Technical College and sits on the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels of Asheville Buncombe, North Carolina. Jesse is also a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard and currently resides in Asheville, North Carolina. 

Jesse is currently working on achieving his International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential with emphasis as a Certified Life Coach, Certified Organizational Development Coach, and Certified Executive Coach.
